If you think feminism is just another “F” word, then you need to read this book, be shown the numbers and get the facts. Perez gives numerous examples of how continuing to account for only half of humanity (meaning never including women on major studies) is harming women in urban planning, politics and the workplace. She tells how the gender data gap is impacting the lives of women.

A non-fiction eye opener and my absolute recommendation for your next book club read. I can already hear the sounds of shattered glass ceilings as you charge your fist into the air and feel a burning desire to be apart of the good fight.
