Delphine

I saw a mermaid today. She was the true stereotype of the above world. Her hair long and wavy, soft to the eye, sandy blonde mixed with a girly mouse brown. She glided through the restaurant unsure but able. Her smile was shy but true.

I saw a Mermaid today and I think she saw me. She leaned in close, for no reason at all and whispered with the tune of the ocean; I am Delphine.
